Should an online product need to be Returned/ Exchanged an approval notification by Wild Fish Aquarium owner will by sent via e mail or text with further instructions for the item to be Returned/Exchanged.
Please note: All online Returns/Exchanges will require for customer to pay for all return/ exchange shipping costs as Wild Fish Aquarium is NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipping costs for return/exchange items.

Our pricing is based on a Suggested Retail price SRP or MAP pricing which is suggested by or suppliers and manufacturers. However, we do check industry standards for comparable pricing regularly.

Due to inventory counts, shipping restrictions and in store services. We would like you to think of each as two different stores.
