How do your INSTORE refund and exchange policies work?

We have an ALL SALES ARE FINAL POLICY for both INSTORE and ONLINE orders. However, for orders that shipped, we would like to hear from you within 2 hours of receiving your order should you have any concerns regarding your purchase.

We will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis. Often times before any decision is made we may request proof of purchase, photos, video, water sample etc… to help both parties to understand and troubleshoot possible problems and resolutions to prevent this situation from happening again.

Please Note:There are no refunds on the following items but not limited to:
Live Livestock, No Aquarium Plants, Custom Orders, Tanks, Lighting Fixtures, Light Bulbs, Glass, Electronics.

Although we have an ALL SALES ARE FINAL POLICY for both INSTORE and ONLINE, all orders shipped will require a tag signed on delivery. SIGNED ORDERS WILL BE AN EXCEPTION. We would like to hear from you if you have any concerns regarding your purchase. Please contact us at (905) 451-9453.

Should an order need to be Returned/Exchanged and approval notification by Wild Fish Aquarium owner will only be sent via email with further instructions for the item to be Returned/Exchanged.

Please Note: All Returns/Exchanges will require for customer to pay for all return/exchange shipping costs as Wild Fish Aquarium is NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipping costs for return/exchange items.

All RETURNED/EXCHANGED items MUST BE in good condition, original unopened package ready for resell and proof of purchase or no refund or exchange will NOT be issued.
