Shipping Policy

Before you complete your order at the check-out you will be required to read, review and agree to all our Shipping Policy Livestock Policy, Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with our Shipping Policy, Livestock Policy and Terms and Conditions you will not be able to complete your order with us.

Our Ship out dates are Monday – Wednesday to provide shorter shipping times and delays. Due to the sensitivity and unpredictability of livestock we do not ship out livestock Thursday – Sunday or on Holidays.
Our ship out dates for Dry Goods and or Aquarium Supplies can be shipped out Monday– Friday

We will not ship out on Long Weekends and Holidays
Weather Permitting

Please note: Shipping could be delayed due to extreme weather conditions. We try our best to keep your tank mates and livestock comfortable during shipping. Therefore, in extreme hot or cold weather we may choose to delay shipment.
Important: Inventory on our site is an estimated count which is updated weekly. For accurate inventory details on fish, plants and aquarium supplies.

Orders will be shipped the on the next shipping day available Monday-Friday
All livestock and products shipped will have a tracking number, signature is required on delivery and to be shipped by Priority or Express shipping (1-2 business days) at customer expense.
We do not offer same day shipping at this time.
We do not allow live shipping to P.O Box addresses. Parcels will be ship to closest authorized shipping outlets (Canada Post pickup centers) Customer Must pick up parcel within 2 hours once delivered to center.
The majority of our shipping is with Canada Post. However, Alternative shipping arrangements can be made. Please give us a call.
Likewise, we will contact you should we need to ship with another courier company other than Canada Post. Different shipping cost may apply.
Shipping rates are automatically generated at checkout based on Canada Post shipping standards and rates. Some exceptions apply such as box size, heat packs
Box fees will be an additional cost to customer and will be automatically generated at checkout. Box fees include but not limited to: shipping materials, tracking number, signature fee, heating.
Rural or hard reach location, Oversized, overweight orders are subject to additional fees.

 

Please I’m keep in mind: ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Livestock and Products both in-store and online.
We cannot guarantee the well-being of livestock or products after it leaves our facility, as we have no control over its subsequent care. We will REFUSE ANY LIVESTOCK RETURN (Please see Refund and exchange policies)
A COMPLETE AND CORRECT ADDRESS must be given for a successful arrival of your order. A wrong address may cause delays or loss of parcels.
Wild Fish Aquarium holds no responsibility for: wrong address, damaged, lost or stolen orders or courier delays for orders that have left our facility. We recommend but optional to take advantage of the courier shipping insurance which will be offered at time of checkout at the customers cost. With shipping insurance coverage customer will direct all inquiries with courier companies. It is the customers responsibility to receive your package. Rest assures each package will be assigned a standard tracking number and require a signature from customer on delivery. (Please see Refund and exchange policies)
*Please Note: All packages must be accepted by customer before we can proceed with any inquiry. It is important for you notify us right away (within 2 hours) of accepting to our order if you have any questions regarding your order. We are here to assist you.
We will REFUSE or NOT ACCEPT ALL PACKAGES returned to us WITHOUT PRIOR CONCENT from Wild Fish Aquarium. (Please see Refund and exchange policies)
Please keep in mind when ordering your fish that all pictures are for illustration purposes only and that the fish and products you are shipped out will not be exactly like the fish in the pictures.

We do not guarantee the sex on livestock. We will always try our best to accommodate However, it is not always easy to determine the sex of a species.
Sizing of fish is an approximate sizes. It may vary in size depending on time of the year for and the availability of from our supplier.
We will choose fish and livestock to ship to you with the best health, quality of colors/patterns and size in mind to maximize the potential for a successful delivery.
Should an online product need to be Returned/ Exchanged an approval notification by Wild Fish Aquarium owner will be sent via e mail or text message with further instructions for the item to be Returned/Exchanged. (Please see Refund and exchange policies)

We will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis. Often times before any decision is made, we may request proof of purchase, photos/ video, water sample etc… to help both parties to understand and trouble shoot possible problems and resolutions to prevent the situation from happening again.
Please note: there are no refunds on the following items but not limited to:
No Livestock, No Aquarium Plants, Custom orders, Tanks, Lighting Fixtures, Light Bulbs, Glass, Electronics.

All online Returns/Exchanges will require for customer to pay for all return/ exchange shipping costs as Wild Fish Aquarium is NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipping costs for return/exchange items. All eligible returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% items must be returned in original unopened package without damage to box, item will be first checked for compliance before a refund is issued, if any of these mentioned criteria are not met, there will be no refund, and item will be shipped back to address on file at owners expense.
